Content Marketing Manager
This is a writing-focused role that requires direct contact with customers. In addition to high-quality writing, successful candidates should be able to demonstrate strong skills and/or interest in managing customer accounts and content workflows.
Technical Content Marketing Manager
If you’re a developer-turned-writer (or vice-versa!), this is the role for you. In this role, you will use your knowledge of and experience with software development and programming languages to create original, trustworthy content for technical audiences, including developers, engineering managers, and CTOs.
Technical Content Marketing Manager (Data Engineering)
For this role, we’re looking for folks able to blend data engineering with best-in-class writing for customers. Applicants should be eager to learn new topics and collaborate with team members, and interested in subjects like data science, data management (both relational and NoSQL), programming languages, UI/UX, and ETL.
Content Marketing Editor (EST Hours)
We’re looking for an editor who can help our writers improve over time and across clients in structure, tone, style, and on-page SEO. As much teacher as teammate, this person will review every piece of content at least twice, and use each review as an opportunity to encourage our writers to grow.
Content Marketing Intern (paid)
Our purpose is to make the internet a more helpful place. We know that cutting-edge content is the product of a diverse group of people, perspectives, beliefs and backgrounds working together. With that in mind, we are searching for current students, recent graduates, or aspiring content marketers interested in paid, part-time content marketing internships.
Customer Success Manager
This role requires a person who cares deeply about the customer experience. Who understands deadlines aren’t just dates on a calendar – they are a commitment to the client that either builds or erodes trust. Who also understands the importance of stepping out of the day to day work to paint a picture of longterm success that gets customers excited and uncovers needs beyond the current work streams we are supporting.
