Content Marketing Manager
This is a writing-focused role that requires direct contact with customers. In addition to high-quality writing, successful candidates should be able to demonstrate strong skills and/or interest in managing customer accounts and content workflows.
Customer Success Manager
For this role, we’re looking for a person who cares deeply about the customer experience. Who understands deadlines aren’t just dates on a calendar – they are a commitment to the client that either builds or erodes trust. If you love stepping out of the day-to-day work to paint a picture of long-term success that gets customers excited and uncovers needs beyond the current workstreams, this is the perfect position for you.
Content Team Lead
For this role, we’re looking for Team Leads to manage a team of talented Content Marketing Managers. If you love creating, managing people, advising the team on their strategic thinking skills, and using your knowledge and experience in content marketing to help others grow, this is the perfect position for you.
Content Marketing Editor
For this role, we are looking for an editor who can help our writers improve over time and across clients in structure, tone, style, and on-page SEO. As much teacher as teammate, this person will review every piece of content at least twice — from an early outline to a nearly final draft — and use each review as an opportunity to encourage the writer and drive their continued growth in the craft.
